Meeting on a Wednesday morning 10am-12pm at St Nicholas’ Church Hall, twice a month it is open to everyone and involves coffee, cake and chat. It is popular and well attended, particularly by people who are retired.

Afternoon Tea at St James’ Church
St James’ Church will be hosting a series of afternoon teas over the summer months. Sandwiches, scones, cakes, teas and soft drinks on offer with proceeds to support the upkeep of St James’ Church .
Sunday 6th September - 4pm
Family Teatime Service at St Nicholas Church
Our Family Teatime service for all the family takes place on the first Sunday of the month at 4pm at St Nicholas’ Church, Winsley. It is designed to cater for children who are primary age and below and so we seek to worship in a way that is familiar to them. This involves creativity, noise and lots of fun! The service is 30 minutes, followed by food in the church hall afterwards.

Benefice Service at St Nicholas Church
On the first Sunday of the month the four churches in our benefice join together to celebrate Holy Communion. During a Holy Communion Service we sing songs, listen and reflect on a Bible passage, pray together and share bread and wine. Followed by refreshments.

Ride & Stride 2026 at all 4 Churches
The 2026 Ride and Stride takes place on Saturday 12th September. This is a sponsored cycle, walk, or jog between historic churches and chapels in the local area. Funds raised are split between the churches taking part and the Historic Churches Trust.
