St James’ runs a variety of community events throughout the year. During the winter months, they host the renowned South Wraxall Village Breakfasts and in the summer, they run afternoon teas. 

These community events are often held in the South Wraxall Village Hall which is next door.  When the village school closed in the 1970s the building was acquired as a hall for the village. A group of dedicated volunteers manage the hiring and cleaning of the hall a month at a time.
